If a purchased item does not meet expectations, customers may request an exchange in accordance with the guidelines below. Exchange requests are subject to product availability and eligibility conditions. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and any included accessories. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling may not be eligible for exchange.
Customers must initiate an exchange request within the specified exchange period from the date of delivery. Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted. To begin the exchange process, customers should contact our support team, providing relevant order details, product information, and the reason for the exchange. Once the request is reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange. Replacement items are shipped only after the original item has been approved. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product availability, location, and category-specific requirements.
If the requested exchange item differs in price from the original purchase, customers may be required to pay the price difference before the replacement is shipped. If the replacement item is of lower value, a partial refund or store credit may be issued in accordance with our policies. Shipping costs associated with exchanges may apply unless otherwise stated. In cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, shipping fees may be waived at our discretion.
